Rules and limitations for using the free QantaraTools browser toolkit.

1. Acceptance
By using QantaraTools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Free service and advertising
The current web toolkit is free to use and is designed without intrusive pop-ups or intentionally integrated advertising SDKs. We may change the service, limits, external resources, or business model in the future and will update the site information when that happens.
3. Tool-specific behavior
Tools differ. Some run locally, some load a third-party helper library, and the Currency Converter may request public live-rate data. Plugins are opt-in same-origin modules in the current architecture, but only use plugins you trust.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not use it to distribute malware, attack systems, infringe rights, evade security controls, or process data you are not authorized to handle. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or its providers.
5. Accuracy and professional decisions
Outputs are general-purpose assistance, not legal, tax, financial, medical, security, or professional advice. Currency, VAT, loan, discount, and markup results depend on inputs, rates, and assumptions. Verify important results independently.
6. Files and privacy
You are responsible for choosing appropriate files and inputs. Many tools process data locally, but external resources and future plugins may behave differently. Do not submit confidential or regulated data unless you understand the specific tool’s behavior.
7. Third-party resources and availability
CDNs, public APIs, browsers, file formats, and helper libraries may be unavailable or change without notice. QantaraTools does not control third-party services and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site and tools are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without a promise that every result will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, QantaraTools is not liable for losses arising from use, inability to use, or reliance on the tools.
